The Full Story

My name is Blaise Majewski. My wife, Cassie Majewski, and I are the founders and creators of CADS, the Complete Athlete Development System.

I am an athletic performance coach, founder, and CEO of Suplify.life, and I have been working with youth athletes for over a decade. Cassie has been a homeschool co-op teacher for over a decade, and I grew up in the homeschool environment, being homeschooled all the way through graduation.

Between the two of us, we’ve lived and worked inside this space for years. And one of the biggest missing links we kept seeing—over and over again—and I’m sure you’ve noticed it too…

No homeschool curriculum offers a structured PE program.

Not a real one.

Not a progressive, licensed, fully developed system that actually builds the athlete over time.

It’s either random activity, sports when available, or nothing at all. There’s no structure, no progression, and no clear path for physical development the same way there is for academics.

We decided enough was enough.

That’s where CADS was born.

CADS stands for the Complete Athlete Development System. It is a structured, progressive physical education and athletic development curriculum designed to be implemented by homeschool families, co-ops, schools, coaches, and organizations.

This is not random workouts.

This is a system.

CADS provides a clear, step-by-step path for developing movement, strength, speed, coordination, and overall athletic ability. It includes structured training, built-in progressions, measurable testing, and a framework that allows athletes to improve over time—not just stay active.

At the core of CADS is The Young Athlete’s Playbook, which serves as the student system. It lays out the training, the progressions, and the standards. Alongside that is The Game Within Devotional, which develops mindset, discipline, and mental performance—because building the athlete isn’t just physical.

We also provide a full instructor guide, structured sessions, drills, and implementation tools so parents, coaches, and co-ops can run the program with clarity and confidence.

Everything is designed to be repeatable, trackable, and scalable.

Because the goal isn’t just to keep kids moving.

The goal is to develop them.

We believe physical education should be just as intentional as academics. We believe every child deserves access to a real system that builds their body, their confidence, and their discipline over time.

We didn’t create CADS because it sounded like a good idea.

We created it because we lived the problem.

And we built the solution.
